The City of Phoenix Water Services Department Technology Services Division is seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to deliver innovative, data-driven business solutions. This role focuses on building impactful applications, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Design data-driven solutions leveraging Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and relational databases
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate
• Design responsive and user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Strong SQL, SharePoint, and data modeling skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience integrating multiple data sources

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• 3–5 years of Power Apps development, integration, and automation experience
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics
