As the Director of IT, S/4

HANA Transformation Office & Governance for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a critical leadership role in driving governance, value realization, and AI-enabled transformation across Honeywell's S/4

HANA program. You will lead specialized teams focused on program governance, transformation management, SAP tools, financial value tracking, and AI-driven process optimization, ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and measurable business outcomes.

Your leadership will ensure that Honeywell's S/4

HANA transformation operates with clear governance, strategic alignment, and enterprise-wide visibility, delivering sustainable value and enabling future-ready operations.

You will report directly to our VP of Lead to Cash and S4 Transformation, and you'll work out of one of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.
