Director IT - Order to Cash

As a Director IT here at Honeywell, you'll set the strategic direction and ensure the successful delivery of our technology projects. Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you'll align IT project strategies with our business objectives, driving innovation. You will manage planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring our projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. You will report directly to our Sr Director IT, and you will work out of our US Aerospace locations, preferably, Phoenix or Charlotte,on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will set the strategic direction and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives supporting the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) value stream. This role will lead a team of IT project managers and process leads to drive standardization, optimization, and automation of O2C processes-including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Accounts Receivable-as part of a multi‑year SAP S/4

HANA transformation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies.

You will be accountable for modernizing global O2C operations, improving cash flow and customer experience, and ensuring compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory and contractual requirements, while aligning IT delivery with enterprise business objectives.
