Technology plays a vital role in helping us steward resources well, serve donors faithfully, and equip our teams around the world. We are seeking a Director of IT who will provide strong operational leadership while helping us thoughtfully plan for the future.

As the Director of IT, you will oversee the ministry’s technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations that enable staff to serve effectively.

• Lead day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring high system performance and responsive support.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and hardware systems.
• Strengthen cybersecurity safeguards and maintain disaster recovery plans.
• Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with ministry priorities.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget with accountability and strong stewardship.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency while ensuring responsible implementation.
• Lead and develop IT team members, fostering a service‑oriented culture.

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with an authentic, growing faith.
• Passion for advancing a ministry devoted to the Gospel and the Messianic movement.
• Proven experience leading IT operations in a mid‑sized organization (nonprofit experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and vendor management.
• Strategic thinker with operational follow‑through and a collaborative leadership style.
