  • Ensure documentation reflects future state Workday processes, security roles, and data standards.
  • Establish and enforce standards for Workday training materials, templates, version control, and content organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and Workday functional leads to ensure training materials align with configured system functionality.
Training Delivery & Enablement
  • Develop and execute Workday Supply Chain training strategies, including role‑based curricula, deployment wave plans, and reinforcement approaches.
  • Oversee the creation of e‑learning modules, job aids, simulations, and instructor‑led training materials specific to Workday Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate training delivery across multiple formats (virtual, in person, hybrid) to support enterprise, regional, and local users.
  • Deliver training sessions as needed and provide coaching, guidance, and best‑practice support to trainers to ensure consistent, high quality delivery.
Communication Strategy & Change Enablement
  • Lead the development and execution of Workday Supply Chain communications, including awareness, readiness, training announcements, deployment updates, and post go‑live messaging.
  • Support supply chain and operational leaders with communication planning tailored to impacted audiences and deployment phases.
  • Ensure communication channels enable two‑way feedback so user concerns and adoption challenges are identified and addressed.
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Produce reports to monitor required training completion and support leaders in addressing adoption gaps.
  • Use feedback, metrics, and lessons learned to continuously improve training and communication approaches throughout implementation and sustainment.
