We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with experience in the healthcare industry. Looking for someone with experience in Salesforce and ERP systems. Volunteer Management Systems would also be a strong plus. This role will partner with clinical, operational, finance, development, and volunteer services teams to analyze business processes, optimize system utilization, and drive technology-enabled improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate understands healthcare workflows, compliance requirements, and cross-functional system integrations, and can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Partner with stakeholders (clinical, operations, finance, HR, volunteer services, development) to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and system demos.
• Analyze and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, or Sales/Service Cloud configurations.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce enhancements including objects, fields, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with administrators and developers on integrations and system improvements.
• Support data governance, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Work with finance, supply chain, HR, and operations teams to enhance ERP system utilization (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Net Suite, etc.).
• Support financial reporting, procurement workflows, payroll integration, budgeting, and compliance tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Analyze and support volunteer lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and compliance tracking.
• Integrate volunteer systems with CRM and ERP platforms where applicable.
• Improve reporting and engagement tracking for volunteer programs.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit healthcare settings.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, or similar).
• Experience working with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance requirements.
• Experience in requirements documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

• Experience with Volunteer Management Systems (e.g., Volgistics, Better Impact, Rosterfy, etc.).
• Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
