IT Program Management Principal - Source

Position: IT Program Management Principal -  Source to Pay
As an IT Program Management Principal here at Honeywell, you will oversee and drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results.

You will report directly to our Director IT, and you will work out of our Phoenix or Charlotte locations, on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT initiatives, support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive business growth. You will support the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives supporting the Source-to-Pay(S2P) value stream. This role will drive standardization, optimization, and automation of S2P processes- including Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable-as part of a multi‑year SAP S/4

HANA implementation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies .

This role is accountable for modernizing global procurement & sourcing operations by harmonizing processes, driving automation, and ensuring full compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory requirements, while aligning technology delivery with enterprise business objectives.
