Requirements

• Proven experience leading Scrum Masters or Agile Delivery teams
• Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
• Data-driven leader with measurable delivery improvements
• Comfortable using metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability)
• Technically credible with engineering leaders
• Must be able to demonstrate measurable impact in prior roles
• Able to provide specific examples of delivery transformations they have led
• Comfortable presenting dashboards, reporting frameworks, or concrete before/after results
• We are looking for candidates who can prove their impact with data, not just describe process ownership
• Resume should clearly show quantified outcomes (e.g., improved predictability by X%, reduced cycle time by X%, scaled from X to Y teams, increased on-time delivery by X%)
• Background in SaaS or product-led environments preferred

This role is not a fit for candidates whose experience is limited to highly layered, heavily regulated enterprise environments.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
