Job Description:
- Must be familiar with Toyota Lean and standard work.
- Business Analysis with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience visually mapping as-is and to-be process flows.
- Experience with IT process flows, including IT service desk, back office activities, and software development.
- Experience developing standard work documentation.
- Experience leading process discovery workshops.
- Skills should include documenting with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word.
- Preferred Candidate should have a BABOK and/or PMI-PBA Certification.
