- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to AZ360 and Page Up
- Re-assign and/or escalate tickets to other team members as necessary and assist with data integrity compliance audits
- Document, update, and communicate internal processes while providing problem resolution for complex issues
- Provide support and orientation to new users
- Monitor the internal customer service desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement:
High School Diploma or GED - Experience with customer service principles and technical support frameworks
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically AZ360, and specialized HR/Talent Management software like Page Up
- Background and reference check, including state and federal criminal records fingerprint check
- Prior experience specifically supporting or using CGI Advantage (AZ360) or Page Up Talent Management software
- Previous experience providing technical support within a state or local government agency
