What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to AZ360 and Page Up
  • Re-assign and/or escalate tickets to other team members as necessary and assist with data integrity compliance audits
  • Document, update, and communicate internal processes while providing problem resolution for complex issues
  • Provide support and orientation to new users
  • Monitor the internal customer service desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
  • Minimum educational requirement:
    High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with customer service principles and technical support frameworks
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically AZ360, and specialized HR/Talent Management software like Page Up
  • Background and reference check, including state and federal criminal records fingerprint check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Prior experience specifically supporting or using CGI Advantage (AZ360) or Page Up Talent Management software
  • Previous experience providing technical support within a state or local government agency
