Sr Business Systems Analyst - Production Planning (Finance) Job Description
As a Sr Business System Analyst
- Production Planning here at Honeywell, you will collaborate with and support IT project managers. You will work as part of project management office delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
You will report directly to our Director of IT, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina location. The first 90 days will be onsite before transitioning to a hybrid, 3/2 schedule.
This role will support standardization, optimization, and automation of Plan to Produce (P2P) processes- including Materials Planning, Manufacturing Execution & Quality Management as part of a multi-year SAP S/4
HANA implementation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. By supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technological solutions.
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Support global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable operations.
You must have
- 3 plus years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply chain, Engineering, Finance or HR functions.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies.
- Experience with MS Office (especially advanced level in Excel), MS Project, PPT, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python.
- Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Travel Required:
up to 10 %, may be expected.
