IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst
As a Sr Business Systems Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead complex, high-impact IT projects, using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making. Your responsibilities include analyzing intricate IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, and offering solutions to address business challenges. By staying current with emerging IT trends and technologies, you will directly contribute to the organization’s technology roadmap and help maintain our competitive edge as a global technology leader.
You will report directly to our IT Manager
, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule. New hires will work onsite Monday‑Friday for the first 90 days.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- 5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including data modeling and process mapping.
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
