Akkodis is hiring a Junior Developer Analyst to support our client in the Shipping and Logistics space!

We are seeking a Junior Developer–Analyst to join the Intelligent Automations Program (IAP). This individual will build low-code/no-code automations to streamline business workflows across the organization. The role combines business analysis and solution development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career. No prior experience with the specific toolset is required; strong analytical aptitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn quickly are most important.

• Partner with non-technical business users to understand workflows, identify pain points, and define automation opportunities.
• Build intelligent automations using tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
• Support enterprise-wide adoption of AI-powered productivity tools by conducting user workshops, creating training materials, and promoting automation capabilities.
• Document solutions, create user guides, and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Work semi-autonomously on assigned use cases by driving discovery, building prototypes, iterating on feedback, and proactively escalating challenges.

• Intelligent email processing automations that extract structured data from inbound communications and route actions.
• AI-assisted document review workflows that identify missing or non-standard information for human review.
• Automated follow‑up and scheduling workflows that track responses, trigger reminders, and update operational systems.
• AI‑powered chatbots and agents that help teams interact with organizational knowledge more efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Foundational understanding of software engineering concepts and technical problem‑solving approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to break down complex business processes into clear, automatable steps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions, document solutions, and present findings.
• Self‑starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, define approaches, and execute independently.
• Basic familiarity with business productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn low‑code platforms and automation tools.

• Exposure to low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Power Platform, Salesforce Flow, or Service Now.
• Basic SQL or data query knowledge.

• On‑the‑job training with initial shadowing of experienced team members.
• Mentorship and hands‑on support through early project deliveries.
• Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• AI and productivity tools supporting enterprise automation initiatives
