Data Center Technician, ADC InfraOps DCO

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting the data centers and all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep the cloud running.

• Perform server rack installation and hardware break-fix operations.
• Troubleshoot network issues, rackdown recovery, and respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability.
• Maintain and repair hardware (drives, motherboards, etc.) and network, server, and operating‑system components.
• Serve as the primary contact point for internal customers (e.g., Network Engineers, Systems Engineers) and external partners (Hardware Vendors, Service Providers).
• Work within service‑level agreements on assigned trouble tickets through a directed workflow.
• Collaborate with the manager to plan and execute local projects, and act as an escalation point for junior technicians.

• High school diploma or equivalent; alternatively, A+, CND, Network+, or Security+ certification.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (or higher) and U.S. citizenship.
• Capacity to work rotating shifts (3, 4, or 5 day/night work weeks) and travel up to 10% of the time.

• 1+ years of experience in computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations.

The starting pay for this position ranges from 33.00 to 58.00 USD hourly. Additional benefits include Employee Assistance Program (EAP), mental health support, medical advice line, and 401(k) matching.
