Help Desk Support Technician
San Trac Technologies is a highly innovative Information Technology, VOIP Telephone and Low Voltage Solutions provider. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill our Help Desk Support Technician position.
The successful applicant will play a major role in helping the company provide customers with excellent technical support and complete assigned projects.

Starting Salary $19‑20.00 Per Hour

- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems (Windows 10, 11)
- Active Directory (Account Creation, Termination, password resets)
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Creating email account for O365 and Exchange online environment
- Configure VPN client software for remote users
- Supporting hosted VOIP systems by making changes per customer request
- Provide remote and onsite support to our clients using industry standard remote connections, internal ticketing system, monitoring consoles and more
- Perform preventative maintenance on a set schedule
- Troubleshooting and hardware repair of client’s desktop computers
- Configure VoIP equipment for deployment
- Assist on network upgrade projects
- Excellent self‑motivational, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical individuals
- (CompTIA) A+ certification
- Readiness to travel locally/Ability to travel to customer location
- Pass a Drug & Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of PC/laptop repair, printer repair and local area networks
- Ability to lift or move various computer equipment
- Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends
