We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Program Analyst to support project reporting, dashboard development, and data management across high-impact engineering and program teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into clear business insights using tools like JIRA and Tableau
.

• Manage and maintain project data, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Configure and optimize JIRA and Tableau boards for project tracking
• Build reports, visualizations, and executive dashboards
• Create charts, graphs, and presentation materials for leadership reviews
  
  Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency
• Support teams with reporting requests and analytics needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows

• Experience with data reporting, analytics, or program coordination
• Strong skills in JIRA
  , Tableau
  , Excel, or similar reporting tools
• Ability to build dashboards and communicate insights clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting engineering, aerospace, or technical teams
• Background in project management or PMO environments
• Knowledge of reporting automation or data visualization best practices
