Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Admin is responsible for day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, supporting ongoing platform enhancements/development, and 3rd‑party application integrations. The role collaborates with business analysts to finalize requirements, prioritize needs, provide recommendations, and implement system changes and enhancements, leading the organization toward Salesforce goals.

• Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce Admin support by creating and maintaining user roles, profiles, permission sets, process flows, lead assignments, and org‑wide security settings as needed.
• Maintain data integrity by using system metrics to track usage trends and completing de‑duplication and cleanup activities.
• Perform data analysis and data transformation related to Salesforce objects and fields.
• Consult with business analysts on requirements and translate them into solution design specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain new and existing Salesforce functionality for desktop and mobile applications, including testing and deployment.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• College degree in business administration or computer science (preferred).
• 2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience (required).
• 1+ year Salesforce Developer experience (required).
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (preferred).
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce Shield (preferred).
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (preferred).
• Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, Not‑for‑profit platforms, and/or Salesforce1 (required).
• Administration experience with user, role, profile, permission, flows, page layouts, validation rules, sharing, and security (required).
• Configuration experience using 's point‑and‑click development tools (required).
• Experience using Visualforce, Apex controllers, SOQL, triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform (required).
• Proficiency with the  data loader for import, update, and export activities (required).
• Proficiency with sandbox administration and deployment management with Change Sets to ensure data integrity (required).
• Ability to troubleshoot system, process, and data issues (required).
• Experience gathering requirements (required).
• Excellent client‑facing written and oral communication skills (required).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with all departments (required).
• Must be self‑motivated and work independently with minimal supervision (required).
• Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third‑party integration tools and ETL with  (preferred).
• Experience implementing custom development in other technology stacks such as Java or .Net (preferred).
• Experience with web services development (preferred).
• Salesforce certifications:
  Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer (preferred).
