We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to join our team. As an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud-based integrations and solutions to meet business requirements. You will lead integration projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and design standards. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies, service-oriented architecture, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities
  • Integration Design & Development:
    • Design, maintain, and implement Oracle Cloud integrations and applications based on business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain Oracle SOA composites, BPEL processes, and Oracle Service Bus services.
    • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud infrastructure components, including Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Logic Server, and BPEL Process Manager.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Utility Application Framework and experience developing CCS interfaces with other utility systems.
    • Experience with Oracle CCS and Itron AMI integrations highly desired.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects.
    • Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and approved design standards.
    • Act as a technical lead for integration projects, providing guidance and expertise to the team.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud integrations and applications.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Collaborate with database administrators, system administrators, and other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies, integration patterns, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 11+ years of experience in service-oriented architecture and integration design.
    • Proven experience as an Oracle SOA Developer, Oracle Integration Cloud Lead, or similar role.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite, BPEL Process Manager, Service Bus, and Web Logic Server.
    • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as JDeveloper, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Integration Cloud tools.
    • Experience designing and implementing Oracle SOA composites, BPEL processes, and OSB services.
    • Familiarity with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other web service technologies.
    • Solid understanding of integration patterns, cloud architecture, and best practices.
  • Additional

    Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of Cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure).
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Oracle SOA Suite certification or Oracle Cloud certification.
    • Experience working on solutions for the energy and utilities domain preferred but not required.
