ServiceNow Data Analyst; C2H

Position: ServiceNow Data Analyst (C2H)
Must be onsite 4 days a week in PHX or in DALLAS

Must be able to convert without needing sponsorship

6 month contract to start with possibility of conversation after. Will extend on contract if no headcount available to convert.

Client:

Must have:

Service Now

CMDB experience

Technical background but understand the makeup of data within Service Now

Need to know how to analyze data - must have the following 3 things:

Certification

Attestation

Validation

Nice to have:

ITIL Framework

Banking or Financial Institutions

Good communication

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Create and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track Service Now performance.

Data Analysis & Visualization:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from Service Now and other systems (e.g., ITSM, CMDB).

Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance) to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency.

Data Governance:
Ensure data quality and accuracy, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in Service Now data.
