Insight is currently recruiting for our 2026 Summer Internship! We’re seeking enthusiastic and talented college juniors with a graduation date of either December 2026 or May 2027 to join our 10‑week, full‑time, paid internship program, starting June 1, 2026.
As a Developer Intern, you will get to:
- AI development in the Insight
GPT platform - Create new AI products for use at Insight
- Improve/test the AI models in use at Insight
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing software systems
- Research and implement new technologies to improve software performance
- Document code changes and updates for future reference
- Other duties as assigned

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
- Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and trends
- Python/C# development experience
- Exposure to Generative AI
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
