Service Now Developer

The Engineer III, IT Infrastructure leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions that modernize workflows and strengthen operational excellence across a global semiconductor environment. This role designs secure, scalable configurations, drives automation and self-service capabilities, and provides technical leadership in form development, integrations, and GenAI-enabled enhancements. Through strong collaboration and problem-solving, the engineer ensures platform reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

HYBRID 3 DAYS Onsite Chandler, AZ REQUIRED

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong experience with Service Now form design and configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within Service Now.
Familiarity with Service Now modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.
Understanding of Service Now data model and relationships.
Experience with Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools.
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of Now Assist and GenAI Capabilities with Service Now.

Skills and Abilities

:

Design and develop custom forms using Service Now Studio and Form Designer.
Implement client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to enhance form behavior.
Configure form layouts, views, and related lists to improve usability.
Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional form designs.
Ensure forms are accessible, responsive, and aligned with Service Now best practices.
Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of form configurations.
Support upgrades and troubleshoot form-related issues.
Strong Knowledge of Now Assist and Service Now GenAI Capabilities.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field.
Technical certifications: VMware VCP, AWS Certified SA, Azure Administrator Associate.

Work Experience:

Minimum 4-year experience working in System Administrator Information Technology roles.
Minimum 1 year exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
