Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and cloud-native systems
  • Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills
  • Experience with documentation tooling (Markdown, Git Hub, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Roles & Responsibilities

The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation including:

• Architecture overviews

• API and integration guides

• User and customer-facing documentation

Internal engineering and operational guides
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, consumable content
  • Partner with engineers to document designs, ADRs, and workflows
  • Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards
  • Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams
Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, product, and business teams
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Identify roadblocks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure project compliance with organizational standards, security, and governance guidelines
  • Manage ven dor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables (if applicable)
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team collaboration
