GCP engineer GenAI

Position: GCP engineer with GenAI
Akkodis is seeking an GCP engineer with GenAI for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will design scalable GCP solutions while building data pipelines and deploying AI/ML models to drive enterprise automation and analytics.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

GCP engineer with GenAI Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions using Big Query and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML and GenAI applications, including copilots and automation solutions.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems using APIs and microservices architecture.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure cloud security, governance, and performance optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in GCP, cloud engineering, and data/AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in GCP services (Big Query, data pipelines, cloud-native development) and cloud migration projects.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions, including LLM integration, APIs, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
