As a Senior Consultant - Technical Architect, you will bring deep technical and insurance-domain expertise to define the end-to-end architecture for Guidewire solutions, acting as a key bridge between client stakeholders and Deloitte delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure configuration and integration designs
. You will set technical strategy and standards, lead requirements-to-architecture decisions, design and validate solution prototypes, and guide build, testing, deployment, and support readiness-while driving technical problem-solving, communicating with impact, continuously developing your skills, and mentoring junior team members.

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years consulting or relevant industry experience (Insurance - P&C, L&A / group, Commercial lines, Specialty)
• 4 years defining end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations
  , including scalable configuration and integration designs
• 4 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Solutions with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Origami or similar package
• 4 years of experience working in one of the following sub service areas:
  Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration or Distribution
• Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations of Large-Scale System Delivery Experience preferably for Policy Administration, Billing Systems and/or Claims Systems
• 1 year experience estimating and planning Large Scale System Implementations
• 2 years of experience managing at least one large Business Integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
