Open Tech Alliance is seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and Dev Ops processes across a multi‑platform environment spanning Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and AWS.

You will play a key role in enabling rapid and reliable delivery across our suite of products by automating workflows, managing infrastructure‑as‑code, maintaining pipeline health, and collaborating closely with development and QA teams.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and Jenkins
• Manage infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and Ansible
• Deploy and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and environments
• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell and Python
• Support application deployments across multiple environments
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline delivery
• Ensure security, compliance, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and cross‑functional collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of Dev Ops or infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops Pipelines and Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation
• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell and Python
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, web servers, and CI/CD workflows
• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Experience with Docker and containerization concepts
• Familiarity with Git Hub Actions and Git Flow workflows
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Cloud Watch, Nagios, or Zabbix
• Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops , security tooling, and compliance practices
