Talent Groups is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver SQL Server based solutions for complex legal services projects. This role partners with client services, SQL developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high performance data solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, clear communication skills, and the ability to confidently present complex concepts to non technical audiences. This is a client facing role requiring ownership, initiative, and collaboration.

• Translate settlement agreements, legal documents, and client discussions into technical data solutions
• Design scalable SQL Server solutions and data processing strategies for large datasets
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
• Develop, test, and optimize T SQL code
• Analyze large datasets to validate data quality and completeness
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

• 5+ years leading development of technical solutions
• 10+ years working with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Experience analyzing and processing large, complex datasets
• Advanced T SQL development and performance tuning experience
• Strong ability to translate business processes into technical solutions

• Technical fluency with business translation ability
• Initiative and ownership mindset
• Practical problem solving across technical and business constraints
• Strong organization and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in legal services, claims administration, or regulated industries
• Experience with enterprise scale data migration or analytics platform
