** Responsibilities:*** ## Managing quality assurance projects guiding teams of quality assurance engineers and testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high performance of our clients’ software products.* ## Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines.* ## Establishing and maintaining defect tracking and management processes to ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of software issues.
* ## Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies.* ## Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product management, and operations.* ## Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports to effectively communicate test progress, results, and quality status to stakeholders.## ## ##

* Basic Qualifications:

*** ## Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* ## Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and test management, with at least 2 years with project management experience.* ## Experience in testing ERP software* ## Functional knowledge of ERP software* ## In-depth knowledge of test management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc)* ## Proven ability to project manage a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
* ## Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.* ## Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.* ## Familiarity with automation (e.g., Leapwork, Toska, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and performance testing tools (e.g., Leapwork, Neo Load, Load Runner, JMeter).## At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
