Senior Manager Analytics

Our client is seeking an ERP & Data Analytics Manager to lead business intelligence, reporting, and ERP system initiatives across a growing distribution organization. This highly visible, hands‑on role will serve as the internal owner of Power BI, data analytics, reporting strategy, and SAP Business One support and optimization.

Business Intelligence & Reporting (40%)

• Own the Power BI environment, including dashboards, data models, governance, security, and reporting strategy.
• Develop executive and operational reporting that improves visibility into KPIs and business performance.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and SQL‑based reporting solutions.
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for reporting, analytics, and data management.

ERP System Ownership (30%)

• Act as the primary internal resource for SAP Business One support, troubleshooting, optimization, and user training.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support integrations and add‑ons including Boyum, Produmex WMS, Ava Tax, and eBiz.

CRM, Forecasting & Integrations (15%)

• Support Salesforce and ERP integrations, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Improve forecasting visibility, sales pipeline reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Assist with system integrations across CRM, ERP, WMS, EDI, and related platforms.
• Lead cross‑functional business systems and analytics projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, ERP partners, and outsourced IT resources.

Required

• 10+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing ERP and business systems.
• 5+ years of ERP experience, preferably with SAP Business One or a similar platform.
• Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboards, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, governance, and security.
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably within Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Experience leading projects, gathering business requirements, and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP Business One add‑ons, WMS, EDI, Salesforce integrations, and reporting tools.
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, or Crystal Reports.
