As a Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross‑functional projects. You are a customer‑obsessed leader who will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives.

Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be essential.

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions that would affect project cost or schedule.
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
• Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders.
• Travel up to 80%.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience working with and managing third‑party vendors
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
• Ability to travel up to 80%

• Additional experience in operations or supply‑chain engineering
• Advanced knowledge of project budgeting and cost control
