The RoleAs an Account Technical Services Professional, you will be a key part of the seamless operation of highly critical IT systems. You will orchestrate system setup and installation, ensure all components are working appropriately, troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly, and meet SLAs with a sense of urgency. You will diagnose issues, offer technical solutions, provide mentorship to team members, and collaborate closely with our customers, Kyndryl’s technical teams, and Alliance partners.
Responsibilities- Ensure customers’ IT environments meet business needs.
- Respond to tickets and meet SLAs.
- Maintain system patches and compliance.
- Mentor and assist team members.
- Align technical solutions with customer needs.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
- Must have AZ DMV experience
- 1+ years of experience providing IT support
- Experience working in a customer‑facing environment
- Effective problem‑solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working
Preferred
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
Base salary range: $55,200–$99,240 (full‑time). Geographic adjustments apply.
California (San Francisco Bay Area): $66,240–$119,040
California (All Other): $60,720–$109,200
Colorado: $55,200–$99,240
Massachusetts: $55,200–$109,200
New York City: $66,240–$119,040
Washington: $60,720–$109,200
Washington DC: $60,720–$109,200
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus program; benefits include medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off. Commission plan may apply if sales‑commission eligible.
