Join Honeywell as a Director of E2E Commercial Architect to design and evolve the technology landscape for Honeywell Aerospace’s Commercial Lead‑to‑Order, Channel, and Sales Incentives Planning capabilities. You will work closely with business leaders and technology teams to align architecture with strategic goals and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to identify architectural opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end architectural solutions for Commercial Technologies such as CPQ, SFDC, Pricing, Channel Management, SAP Commissions, and related enabling technologies.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions that meet scalability, security, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to both business and technology leadership teams.
  • Lead integration efforts across CCEX platforms using SAP BTP Integration suite, APIGEE, and ETL technologies such as Informatica IICS.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop solution designs, and align integration initiatives with business goals.
  • Define and enforce integration governance processes, standards, and policies to streamline integration efforts across all platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate alignment and support for architectural and integration initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on integration technologies, tools, and methodologies within Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce, CPQ, and Pricing environments.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of integration initiatives, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with Commercial IT Operations and service owners to maintain an inventory of existing integrations and develop a roadmap for compliance with architectural frameworks.
  • Establish Reference Architectures and standards based on industry trends, innovation, and business requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in Salesforce, CPQ, and integration strategies to drive innovation.
  • Lead the development of a multi‑year solution roadmap across Lead‑to‑Order, Channel, and SIP capabilities.
  • Coordinate efforts to achieve alignment with the established architecture strategy.
  • Assist in the digital transformation of the enterprise by evaluating and redefining business processes.
  • Participate in the Architecture group and the business alignment team to translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint and conceptual design, adhering to architecture standards and usage guidelines.
  • Support cross‑team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • More than 6 years of experience in IT and architecture with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions in SFDC, CPQ, and marketing technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Export Control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience managing executive and senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Experience converting highly technical topics into simple graphics for consumption by executives.
  • In‑depth understanding of  and SAP CPQ.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing commercial capabilities across various platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
