Agile Coach

Akkodis is seeking an Agile Coach for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. This role will drive Agile transformation by coaching teams, improving delivery practices, and embedding Agile principles into day-to-day execution.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agile Coach Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide hands-on Agile coaching by embedding with delivery teams to improve execution and Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide Product Owners, Scrum Leads, and teams on roles and backlog management.
• Identify and remove blockers while addressing Agile anti-patterns and improving team performance.
• Support Agile adoption across teams, including onboarding, launch, and stabilization phases.
• Ensure consistent use of Agile tools and practices to enable transparency and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and the Agile Center of Excellence to refine standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (Agile/Scrum certifications preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in project management, Agile coaching, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience coaching teams and driving Agile transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence teams, remove blockers, and improve delivery outcomes.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
