The RoleWe are seeking a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to the development of cutting‑edge products. The specialist will develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more. The role requires leadership, guiding customers and teams, effective communication, problem solving, and driving design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software. The specialist will also coach and mentor engineers, maintain technical debt, and ensure high quality releases.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise- 1+ years of experience in Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems
- Experience with AZ DMV
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Master Certified Technical Specialist
The compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $73,440 to $139,680 based on a full‑time schedule. Compensation may vary by geography and job‑related skills.

- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $88,080 to $167,520
- California (All Other): $80,760 to $153,600
- Colorado: $73,440 to $139,680
- Massachusetts: $73,440 to $153,600
- New York City: $88,080 to $167,520
- Washington: $80,760 to $153,600
- Washington, DC: $80,760 to $153,600
The role is eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program and includes medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off benefits.
