The Role
Kyndryl’s Security & Resiliency practice ensures that enterprises of all sizes remain secure, available, reliable, and resilient. As a Cybersecurity Assurance professional, you will demonstrate offensive security techniques, risk management, mitigation, and quantification methodologies to protect customers from emerging threats. Your technical expertise will form the foundation of audit readiness and help shape future capabilities while driving innovation in cybersecurity.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include vulnerability management, penetration testing, and audit compliance. You will manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, protect customer environments, and maintain readiness against cyber threats.

Required Skills and Experience- 1+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Must have AZ DMV experience
- Knowledge of global cyber threats, threat actors, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Experience conducting security and risk assessments using frameworks such as NIST, RMF, ISO, or Common Criteria
- Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies and stay updated with the latest security trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields
- Experience with NIST 800‑30, ISO 27005, or ISO 31000 risk frameworks
- Experience with audits, including SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, HITRUST, and PCI‑DSS
- Relevant cybersecurity certification
U.S. salary range: $73,440–$139,680 based on full‑time schedule. Part‑time roles receive adjusted compensation. Geographical range:
California (San Francisco Bay Area) $88,080–$167,520;
California (Other) $80,760–$153,600;
Colorado $73,440–$139,680;
Massachusetts $73,440–$153,600;
New York City $88,080–$167,520;
Washington $80,760–$153,600;
Washington DC $80,760–$153,600.
Eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off. Sales‑commission‑eligible roles may participate in a commissions plan instead of the bonus program.
