Job DescriptionLocation:Phoenix AZ, Hybrid (3 to 4 weeks onsite training, then 4 days remote per week)
Pay Rate:$30/hr W2
Duration:1 year, contract to hire
About the Role:Sun Soft Online is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with an Arizona State Agency in Phoenix.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience
- IT Asset Lifecycle and Licensing knowledge (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Strategic negotiation experience including SLAs, contracts and renewals
- Local Phoenix AZ only, city and state must be on resume
- No visa sponsorship, must be eligible for FTE conversion
Preferred:
- ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework knowledge
- TCO and ROI analysis experience
- Technical project management background
- Government or public sector procurement experience
