The RoleProduct managers are responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and features of a product. They gather and prioritize product requirements and work closely with UX, engineering, delivery, practices, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Required Skills and Experience- 2+ years in product management with ownership of roadmap and delivery strategy.
- Experience supporting ADOT or government stakeholders with regulatory and operational considerations.
- Strong ability to drive cross‑functional delivery, prioritize backlogs, and align business goals to technology.
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $79,920 – $152,160 for a full‑time schedule. Geographic variations apply: e.g., San Francisco Bay Area $95,880 – $182,520; all other California locations $87,960 – $167,400;
Colorado $79,920 – $152,160;
Massachusetts $79,920 – $167,400;
New York City $95,880 – $182,520;
Washington and Washington DC $87,960 – $167,400. This position is eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program and may include a sales commission plan if applicable.
