IT Product Manager, Enterprise Applications – play a pivotal role in driving enterprise‑wide technology solutions. In this role, you will strengthen business connectivity, accelerate user adoption, and shorten turnaround times. You’ll contribute across all project stages from discovery and solution design to architecture and process optimization ensuring that current and future systems are leveraged efficiently to meet strategic goals. Your work will deliver measurable results that drive Leslie’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical service delivery for Merchandising systems, including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, support, and platform improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver incremental value.
  • Serve as a key communicator between IT teams, business partners, and leadership.
  • Participate in Agile Continuous Delivery initiatives to deliver a steady flow of business solutions.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and business cases.
  • Evaluate software solutions and system architectures to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and administer Merchandising and Planning applications.
  • Support system and user acceptance testing, including issue resolution.
  • Ensure thorough functional and technical documentation for all systems.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing and new applications to meet evolving business and user needs.
  • Lead end‑user reviews, training sessions, and documentation efforts to ensure effective adoption.
  • Develop detailed software development and upgrade project plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Merchandising systems, including Merchandising, Pricing, Invoice Management, Allocation, and Replenishment (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder, Infor, Microsoft D365, Oracle Retail).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including Agile processes, EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming, requirements elicitation, design, and test case planning/review.
  • 2+ years of experience creating requirement specifications based on architecture, process design, and detailed workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience in business solution design, including integrations and data mapping.
  • 3+ years of experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
  • Strong business analysis skills: requirements analysis, elicitation, Agile methodology expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management.
