Our client, a leading provider of technology support services, is seeking a Printer field breakfix Technician to join their team. As a Printer field breakfix Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting Customer Service Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide hardware support and related services for HP's PC Products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.

+ Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.

+ Perform unit repairs and troubleshoot hardware issues, including printers and related peripherals.

+ Manage critical service events, educate customers about technology, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to resolve issues efficiently.

** What's Needed?*
* + Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology.

+ High School diploma or equivalent; college education and additional hardware training preferred.

+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments.

+ Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.

+ Onsite customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
