IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, IT Consultant
A consulting company is looking to bring on a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead a team of 5 engineers. You'll work in a .NET environment, handling agile and scrum master responsibilities on a long-term engagement for an ongoing project. This isn't a textbook agile environment – they operate using Service Now and rely on someone to bring structure, organization, and accountability to the team.
In your day-to-day, you'll run standups, manage ticket flow, and ensure work is progressing, while making sure the team is aligned. Ideal candidates have Scrum or PM experience and have worked with software engineering teams. A huge plus if you were a hands‑on developer at some point.
This role is remote hybrid, two days in office in downtown Phoenix on Tuesday and Wednesday.
This is a 2‑year contract, with opportunity to extend or convert.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
Required Skills & Experience- 1+ year of experience as a scrum master, project manager, and/or software developer
