* Key Responsibilities:

* + Administer and support enterprise messaging platforms with a primary focus on  
** IBM MQ*
* + Provide operational and technical support for  
** Kafka, IIB, and TIBCO environments*
* + Design, build, and maintain messaging infrastructure across distributed systems

+ Ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments

+ Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-platform (Linux & Windows) environments

+ Participate in  
** 24x7 production support and on-call rotations*
* + Monitor and tune messaging platforms for optimal performance

+ Collaborate with production support teams to resolve incidents and improve system health

*
* Required Qualifications:

*
* + 5+ years of hands-on experience in messaging middleware environments

+ Strong expertise with  
** IBM MQ (required)*
* +

Experience with :

+ IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

+ Confluent Kafka

+ TIBCO Rendezvous (RV)

+ TIBCO EMS

+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in distributed systems

+ Proficiency with  
** Linux and Windows
** in enterprise environments

+ Experience supporting  
** production systems with 24x7 on-call responsibilities*
