We are seeking an Automation Specialist to join a large community health organization’s End User Computing (EUC) team. This individual will play a key role in driving automation across desktop environments, endpoint provisioning processes, and cross‑functional workflows, with a focus on scalability, security, and standardization across the organization.
This role is heavily focused on Intune and Power Automate, with an emphasis on improving and scaling existing processes rather than building from scratch, including enhancing Autopilot deployments, configuration standards, and device provisioning workflows. The Automation Specialist will partner closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, HR, and other internal teams to identify automation opportunities and implement efficient, scalable solutions that improve service delivery and reduce ticket volume.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include working in a Windows 11 environment, building and managing automation workflows, scripting with Power Shell, and supporting integrations across systems, including HR platforms, as well as identity, endpoint management, and service management systems. This individual will also collaborate with an external partner managing parts of the Intune environment and contribute to ongoing platform optimization.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, curious, and collaborative, with the ability to step into an existing environment, understand how systems function today, and enhance them through automation, while aligning to enterprise standards and healthcare compliance requirements. This role will also support broader EUC efforts and may contribute to systems or engineering‑level work when needed.
While primarily remote, this role requires occasional onsite presence in the Phoenix area to observe workflows, assess processes, and support team collaboration, as well as ensure alignment with real‑world user experience and clinic operations.
