Technical Support - Senior Helpdesk Administrator

Overview

Texcel Vision Inc. is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Administrator. The role supports desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, and internally developed custom applications. Position is restricted to local candidates and cannot be performed remotely.

• Understand and document customer needs, troubleshoot with the customer, and escalate calls when appropriate.
• Support desktop and web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, and standard operating systems.
• Assist with the maintenance and support of internally developed custom applications.

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an IT field
• Customer service and interaction
• Intune
• O365 Experience (including One Drive, Office products, SharePoint, etc.)
• Familiarity with software installation
• Power Shell commands and scripting experience
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• AWS Sys Ops and infrastructure/architecture
• Power Shell scripting and automation
• Palo Alto firewall
• IIS
• Intune Administration

• AWS, Microsoft, or network-related certs, such as A+, Network+, Security+, or related Microsoft Certifications

• Note:
  
  Candidates must have an active FPCC, or complete the FPCC application process, to be considered for this position.
• Required Skills:
  
  Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an IT field;
  Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP;
  Associate s degree or higher
