We’re an all-in-one ecosystem for education, entertainment, implementation, and community, serving entrepreneurs worldwide who are committed to growth, clarity, and results.

This is a hands‑on Director role, not a hands‑off one, and it is not remote. You’ll own the analytics layer end to end, from the pipelines to the dashboard, and you’ll set the standard for how the whole function operates: analysis quality, AI‑assisted workflows, and how fast we turn data into decisions. The seat consolidates work currently handled by a contractor we’re phasing out and grows from there, so you’re not inheriting a maintenance queue.

You’re taking ownership of the layer and the bar.

You’ll serve Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Events, and Operations inside a business that moves fast and makes real decisions off your numbers. When leaders need to know what’s working, where the funnel is leaking, or whether a bet paid off, they come to you. The stakes are simple: your analytics either drive the decision or they slow it down.

The person who thrives here is a player‑coach. You can write the dbt model yourself, then turn around and raise the bar for everyone who touches data. You lead by doing, and by setting a standard others want to meet.

• Operate confidently anywhere in a modern stack, from Fivetran and Python ingestion to Big Query to dbt to the dashboard
• Write expert SQL with window functions, CTEs, and performance in mind, without reaching for a template
• Set the standard for analysis quality and AI‑assisted workflows, and raise the bar for everyone who touches data
• Sit with a non‑technical stakeholder, hear a vague request, and reframe it into the question actually worth answering
• Ship real work with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot, and tell us exactly where you don’t trust them
• Close more real problems in a week than most people scope in a month

Most analytics leaders spend their week fighting for clean data, chasing definitions nobody agreed on, and managing a stack someone else half‑built. That’s not this.

The stack is here, and it’s modern:
Fivetran and custom Python scripts into Big Query on GCP, transformed in dbt Cloud, consumed in Hex, Google Sheets, and a growing set of internal dashboards. AI tooling is encouraged, not policed.

You get to own that layer outright, set the standard for how it runs, and make it faster. If you’ve ever wanted to do your best analytics work and shape how an entire function does it, without fighting for the conditions that make it possible, this is that role.

Analytics Execution & Delivery (Ongoing)

• Own analytics, reporting, and dashboards end to end, from source data to the decision
• Keep outputs accurate, timely, and tied to defined business metrics
• Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks, and push back when the question is the wrong one

Performance Reporting & Insights (Weekly / Monthly)

• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Events, and Operations
• Monitor trends, surface risks, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver readouts to functional leaders
• Set the standard for analysis quality, data storytelling, and AI‑assisted workflows across the function
• Review work for accuracy, clarity, and business relevance, and coach toward a higher bar
• Develop analysts and analytics contributors, and grow the team as the function scales
