Recruiting immediately for a Support Specialist I at Sunstate Equipment Co. Salary varies with experience and is paid weekly.

Typical schedule:

Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 3:00 pm. Hybrid schedule after 60 days (3 days in office, 2 days work‑from‑home).

Phoenix, AZ. Pay Range:
Depends on Experience.

• Someone who has invested time into their career.
• Sharp knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
• Exposure to Active Directory.
• Comfortable with desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems, and other hardware.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting internal customers with strong customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s in IT or a related field.
• Exposure to hyper‑converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware.
• Experience with server virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud administration using Azure or AWS.
• Experience with ITIL.
• Experience with a VDI environment.
