IT Support Specialist I

Hiring Immediately;
Salary pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule:

Monday – Friday 6am-3pm.

Hybrid schedule after 60 days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).

Pay Range:
Depending on Experience

• Someone who has invested time into their career.
• Sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
• Exposure to Active Directory.
• Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other hardware are no challenge to you.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting internal customers with strong customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's in IT or a related field.
• Exposure to hyper‑converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware.
• Exposure to server virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS.
• Experience with ITIL.
• Experience with a VDI environment.
