Title:
Scrum Lead & PM for data security program
Locations:
Onsite:
Phoenix AZ
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Salary Range: $40- $48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Job Description
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
• Oversee project execution across IAM and security work streams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.
• Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with strong Security initiatives.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
• Background in security projects (cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) a MUST.
