Description

Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Technology Business Liaison working at our Central Ave location in Phoenix, AZ. The Technology Business Liaison serves as the strategic bridge between Terros Health's clinical, operational, and administrative teams and the IT organization. This role ensures that technology solutions align with business needs, support integrated care delivery, and advance organizational priorities.

The Technology Business Liaison gathers business requirements, translates business requirements into actionable IT work, improves communication flow, and helps leaders make informed decisions about systems, data, and digital workflows. This role is critical to improving speed, clarity, and alignment across the agency ensuring that IT delivers solutions with measurable impact.

  • Relationship Management & Strategic Alignment
    - Serves as the primary point of contact between assigned business units and IT. Builds strong, trust?based relationships with clinical and operational leaders. Understands business goals, pain points, workflows, and regulatory requirements. Ensures IT initiatives align with organizational strategy, integrated care models, and compliance standards.
  • Needs Assessment & Requirements Gathering
    - Facilitates discovery sessions to understand business problems and opportunities. Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT teams. Documents workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Identifies gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
  • Project Intake, Prioritization & Delivery Support
    - Manages the intake process for new IT requests, ensuring clarity and completeness. Partners with IT leadership prioritize work based on impact, urgency, and capacity. Tracks progress of IT initiatives and communicate updates to stakeholders. Supports testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Change Management & Communication - Prepares leaders and end users for system changes, upgrades, and new workflows. Develop communication plans, training materials, and readiness assessments. Ensures smooth adoption of new tools and processes across clinical and operational teams.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights
    - Partners with Data & AI teams to clarify reporting needs and data definitions. Ensures leaders understand available dashboards, metrics, and data tools. Help translate business questions into data requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement
    - Identifies patterns in requests, recurring issues, and systemic barriers. Recommends process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow redesigns. Supports enterprise initiatives such as interoperability, automation, and digital transformation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT liaison work, project coordination, or healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship?building skills
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  • Must successfully pass a TB screening and criminal background check
