We are looking for a digital superhero with commercial experience in full life‑cycle software development (analysis, design, implementation, testing). The ideal candidate communicates with clients confidently, works in a knowledge‑sharing team, and delivers high‑quality software solutions.

As our Project Manager, you will design solutions, architect systems, and oversee development teams using .NET technologies (ASP.NET,  or C#) and SQL Server. You will lead a variety of client projects, ensuring quality, on‑time delivery, and client satisfaction.

• Project organization, planning, and scheduling
• Scope definition and estimation of tasks
• Quality control and assurance of deliverables
• Interviewing, hiring, and mentoring software developers
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience managing a software development project team
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience developing multi‑tier desktop and web applications with .NET

Support QA testing (manual and automated) and troubleshooting for desktop and web applications. Communicate with clients and developers to identify and resolve bugs.

• Software troubleshooting, bug fixing, and QA testing of Windows desktop and web applications
• Writing SQL Server queries (2008 and above)
• Minimum 3 years experience in software QA testing and automated testing tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret client questions
• Management of support ticket queue and resolution mindset
• Documentation of technical specifications, user manuals, and product documentation
• Fast learning of new software functionality

Create website concepts from scratch or enhance existing projects. Work with backend developers to deliver functional, engaging web experiences.

• Minimum 5 years experience in web design and development
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver proficiency
• Creative design from concept to development
• Portfolio of work for review

Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve concerns, and identify pre‑sales opportunities. Support technical solution discovery and client satisfaction initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years experience per employer
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT sales with heavy outbound B2B calling and prospecting
• Experience with technology or information technology service sales
• Data entry and maintenance of quarterly quota metrics
• Positive and friendly customer interaction
• Identification and development of pre‑sales opportunities
• Maintenance of detailed call reports

Provide remote and on‑site support to clients. Resolve technical issues for Windows 7/8, Office, and business applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Help desk or PC support experience required
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Strong transportation reliability; valid driver’s license and working vehicle required
• Ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical clients
• Availability for on‑call rotation

Deliver IT support services for small and medium businesses. Resolve Windows operating system, server, and application issues; provide network diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, and Small Business Server
• Experience with network configuration, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and virtualization
• Experience in ticketing systems, backup products, and security concepts
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Availability for on‑call rotation
