Job Description

We’re seeking a driven Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in the success of our Mpower project deployments. This position goes beyond routine implementation—you’ll be directly shaping the readiness, training, and adoption experience for end-users across our organization. From ensuring asset and inventory accuracy, leading engaging virtual instructor led training, to supporting users through the critical go-live and hypercare activities, you will be at the center of smooth and successful deployments.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution, end‑user training, and real‑time problem‑solving. If you’re passionate about helping teams adopt new technology with confidence and efficiency, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead training and readiness activities to ensure assets and inventory align with system requirements.
  • Validate data accuracy through weekly reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance to resolve inventory setup issues.
  • Deliver virtual instructor‑led training for Clerks, Maintenance Leads, and Technicians.
  • Tailor sessions to drive engagement and ensure mastery of Mpower software before go‑live.
  • Act as a trusted guide for end‑users, supporting them through training and transition.
  • Coordinate preparation activities and facilitate cutover/blackout training sessions.
  • Partner closely with deployment site leaders to ensure readiness for go‑live.
  • Clearly communicate plans, procedures, and expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Provide remote support during go‑live, ensuring critical tasks are completed seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real‑time, minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Monitor site progress and deliver concise updates to leadership.
  • Lead hypercare efforts, supporting end‑users as they adapt to new systems.
  • Monitor performance and user feedback, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Drive a smooth transition to long‑term support teams for sustainable adoption.
