Senior IT Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive candidate who can lead and support our SAP Security initiatives, with a primary focus on S/4

HANA implementations, ERP & GRC upgrades, BTP Security & IAG. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of S/4

HANA role design (including Fiori), user administration, audit compliance, licensing optimization, BTP Security, and IAG implementation and support experience. You will work closely with functional teams, audit, and project managers to design secure systems, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Security Architecture (roles, profiles, authorizations) for S/4
  
  HANA and Fiori, incorporating industry best practices.
• Apply security best practices to follow least privilege and least access principles.
• Maintain Fiori Launchpad security, including catalogs, groups, spaces, and OData service authorizations; troubleshoot access issues.
• Manage and optimize SAP user licensing models, focusing on Digital Access, indirect usage, and authorization-based license measurement.
• Support internal and external audits, conduct periodic user access reviews, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Implement, configure, and utilize SAP GRC 12.0 or higher for Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation, and risk mitigation; design access request workflows and implement all AC & PC modules of GRC.
• Integrate IAG with GRC and support end‑to‑end processes, following industry best practices.
• Provide L2/L3 support for security‑related issues and resolve authorization problems.
• Partner with functional consultants, technical consultants, controllership teams, and business owners to define security requirements for new projects and rollouts.
• Lead end‑to‑end security implementation and ensure all access‑management concepts are fully operational.

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security, with at least 4 years focused on S/4
  
  HANA implementations or conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Architecture, HANA Database Security, and Fiori.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM), Process control, and IAG.
• Familiarity with S/4
  
  HANA licensing models and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with various stakeholders.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
• Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environments.

• SAP Security certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Security).
• SAP BTP security or Cloud Security concepts implementation.
• SAP GRC Access control and Process control implementation.
• SAP IAG learnings and achievements.
